Step 1: Complete the Application Form:
- Note the application deadlines (above) for each of the programs offered by Mountain View School Division.

Mountain View School Division will only accept complete applications using our secure online application system. Mailed, emailed, or faxed applications are no longer accepted. Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed.
- Contact your agent to begin the online application process. Your agent will forward you a link to complete the online student application.

Step 2: Prepare the following documents:
- Certified true copies of transcripts or school records from your last 2 years of school (translated into English)
- Recent photograph
- Copy of current passport
- Optional: documentation of international English testing/training completed (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS)
Step 3: Prepare the application fees:
- Non-refundable application fee of $200.00 (CAD)
- Accepted forms of payment are wire transfer, cheque or money order payable to Mountain View School Division. Wire transfer information will be provided upon request.
Step 4: Submit the completed application with supporting documents to your agent for review
Step 5: Notification of Acceptance
- Acceptance into the International Student Program is determined by the Director of International Student Program. Students who are accepted will receive initial notification, usually by email. Once fees have been paid, an official Letter of Acceptance will be issued.
Step 6: Study Permit
- Once the Letter of Acceptance is received, immediately contact the nearest Citizenship and Immigration Canada office and request a VISA application form for a Study Permit. As this process can exceed eight weeks, please apply early. Please ensure that your passport is current.
