Welcome

Mountain View School Division consists of seven communities located in the heart of Manitoba’s Parkland Region, which is known for its abundance of natural spaces and beautiful scenery between Riding Mountain National Park and Duck Mountain Provincial Park.

Mountain View School Division has had the privilege of welcoming international students since 2006. Students will appreciate the safety, hospitality and natural beauty associated with living in one of our welcoming rural communities.  Our dynamic schools put learners at the centre and provide an inspiring, respectful and safe learning environment where every student is valued, nurtured and enabled to realize his/her full potential. Students will enjoy taking part in family outings, interacting in English and living a new culture with one of our carefully chosen homestay families. 

Whether students are looking for a cultural experience, to improve their English fluency or to graduate with a Canadian diploma the International Student Program staff will work closely with each to student to ensure they meet their goals.
